The Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Virgen del Perpetuo Socorro in Alcaudete is one of the main olive oil mills in the region in terms of job creation and added value. It currently has more than 1,800 members who put their efforts into its management.
It produces, packages and trades its own Extra Virgin Olive Oil under the brands Carrasqueño and Q58.The predominant variety of olive grove in this area is the Picual, (80%), there are other minority varieties such as Carrasqueño de Alcaudete (15%) and Picudo (5%).
You can visit the olive reception area, oil mill, cellars, bottling plant, as well as the Interpretation Center and the museum it houses.
