One of the best olive oil mills in Spain, located in Bailén, awarded by AEMO in 2013, surrounded by the olive groves where Oro Bailén EVOO is extracted. The visit includes an introduction to the world of oil, guided tour of the mill where the process of making olive oil is explained; from the reception of the fruit, cleaning, beating and extraction; to the storage and packaging and guided testing of the Oro Bailén oils in its different varieties, where the basic principles of sensory analysis will be explained: olfactory, tasting and retro-nasal sensations.
