Located in a privileged ecological enclave in the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park.

In it you can learn about the whole process of olive oil production; the different ways of storing the olive juice, from ancient earthenware jars to an iron tank, to the stainless steel tanks that are used today. It has several unique and very well preserved traditional tools and implements.
