Finca Las Manillas (en)

It is located at the foot of Sierra Morena, between the towns of Andújar and Despeñaperros, in the town of Arquillos, in the region of El Condado de Jaén. Framed in a mountain olive grove divided in two parts: the old high olive grove plantation in the middle of the mountain range and the new olive grove area, which is outlined in the flatter part, with gentle hills.

The olive grove plantation of Finca Las Manillas is traditional in a frame of 11×11 meters in which each olive tree has three feet. It is irrigated throughout, ensuring regularity in production and quality in each season. At Finca las Manillas the best olives are selected to obtain extra virgin olive oil. In the mill, only home-grown olive oil is produced, mostly of the picual and arbequina varieties under the brands Noviembre and Las Manillas, where the operations carried out to obtain the EVOO comply with the differentiated quality systems.
