The El Condado region, a border territory and crossroads of roads sheltered by the Sierra Morena, offers a mosaic of diverse and unique landscapes. It is also a land of olive trees, with a very varied olive heritage. Olive trees, bulls and heritage are its hallmarks.

- Reception and welcoming of clients at the Olive Oil and Olive Grove Interpretation Center, in Navas de San Juan.
- Introductory talk and visit to the Interpretation Center.
- Travel to Castellar.
- OPTIONAL: Constructions in dry stone – World Heritage in Navas de San Juan.
11:30 h:
- Option 1:
  - Visit to oil mill Aceites Nobleza del Sur, Castellar.
  - Introductory talk and visit to the oil mill
  - Walk through a nearby olive grove.
  - Oil tasting and visit to oil products store
- Option 2:
  - Visit to one of the Interpretation Centers or Museums of “Condado Jaén: Territorio Museo“.
14:00 h: Tour of Castellar
- Iberian Sanctuary Cueva de La Lobera.
- Iberian Museum of Castellar.

- Tour of the urban center of Chiclana de Segura.
- Through the narrow and sloped streets of the medieval town center, the main square and the Cueva Houses.
- Viewpoint and Poet Jorge Manrique Interpretation Center.
19:30 h:
- Option 1: Visit to the Natural Dinosaur Footprints Monument of Santiesteban del Puerto. Walk through its historic center declared of cultural interest, getting to know its castle, the church of Santa Maria, the Museo Jacinto Higueras Jacinto Higueras Museum or the viewpoint of “La Guarida”. You can also visit the Interpretation Center of Condado de Santisteban.
- Option 2: Visit to the Dry Stone Constructions, World Heritage Site of Sorihuela del Guadalimar, including a walk through the town center visiting its Arab tower and theInterpretation Center of the History of the Cuatro Villas.
- Option 3: Visit to the urban area of Montizón, an example of a village of the Nuevas Poblaciones de Carlos III with its characteristic urban architecture. You can also visit its cemetery, one of the first civilian cemeteries in Spain.

20:30 h:
- Transfer and dinner at selected restaurant.

10:00 h:
- Option 1: Visit the Oil Mill Finca las Manillas, in Arquillos. Guided visit of the oil mill, brief olive oil training at the Oil
  School, tasting of its products and physical and online sale.
- Option 2: Visit the Oil Mill Olivasur Natural, in el Porrosillo Arquillos. Complete visit including: talk, visit to the olive mill, olive grove and oil tasting
- Option 3: Visit the Oil Mill Finca del Vizconde in Arquillos. The world’s smallest oil mill.
- Option 4: Visit to one of the Interpretation Centers or Museums of “Condado Jaén: Museum Territory“.
13:00 h:
- Visit the town of Arquillos, an example of a Carlos III New Town, with its characteristic urban architecture,where its Underground Galleries and its Pablo de Olavide
  stand out. and Carlos III New Town Interpretation Center.
- 14:30 h: Lunch and visit of a wild bull ranch
  - Option 1: Finca el Añadío, bull tourism in Vilches.
    - Horse-related activities (guided horse-riding, horse-drawn carriage rides, equestrian classroom, horse boarding and maintenance service, horse
      training and grooming, and hippotherapy).
    - CGroup celebrations,country meals and flamenco parties, birdwatching, telescope for astrological observations, archery, outdoor barbecues, seasonal
      hunting and sightseeing.
    - For groups, the farm has prepared a package consisting
      of a day at the ranch, lodging at El Añadío and hotels in neighboring areas, transfer to the farm, breakfast, country excursion in an all-terrain vehicle, visit to the livestock facilities, bullfighting with professionals, picnic lunch and transfer to the hotel.

- Tour of the town of Vilches its sloped streets and its Fortified City of Giribaile Interpretation Centerwhere the nearby archaeological site of Cerro Giribaile is explained.
