Located on the outskirts of the town of Castellar is the Arteoliva factory and store. It is a craft workshop that works with olive wood from the pruning and pruning of olive groves in the area. They welcome visitors to the factory and store.

Located in a very well conditioned ecological park, on the outskirts of Navas de San Juan next to the road towards Santiesteban del Puerto. The park is open to the public, so the center can only be entered with authorization from the Town Hall and when tourist visits are scheduled. Guided tours of the park and the
center are available.

It has posters on the process of exploitation of the olive grove and explanatory videos. Olive oil is the economic base of the region. The Interpretation Center serves to learn about the cultivation of olive trees and how olive oil is produced through material, audiovisual and other interactive tools.

By observing the elements that make up the Olive Oil and Olive Grove Interpretation Center, visitors can fully understand how olive oil is produced, from the cultivation of the olive grove and the harvesting of the olives to their final packaging, including, of course, the description of the process that takes place in the olive mill.
